The Services are provided by 10x Research PTE LTD, a company incorporated in Singapore (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the Site or Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site or Services.

If you subscribe through a corporate, institutional, or group membership, references to “you” and “your” include each authorized user under that subscription, except where context requires otherwise (including billing and renewal matters).

The Site and Services are provided for informational and educational purposes only and are intended for use by professional, institutional, and sophisticated market participants.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, you agree to use the Site and Services solely for your personal or internal professional use and not for redistribution, resale, or commercial exploitation.

You agree that you will not:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, share, sublicense, or publicly display any content without prior written consent;
• Use the Services for unlawful, misleading, or abusive purposes;
• Attempt to circumvent access controls or security features.

These Terms incorporate by reference the following policies, which form part of the binding agreement between you and us:

• Privacy Policy – how we collect and process personal data
• Acceptable Use Policy – permitted and prohibited conduct
• Cookie Policy – use of cookies and tracking technologies

All content provided by 10x Research is general market commentary and research and:

• Does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security, digital asset, or financial instrument;
• Is not tailored to your individual circumstances, objectives, or risk tolerance;
• May involve significant risk, particularly in relation to digital assets and derivatives.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Forward-looking statements are based on assumptions and may differ materially from actual outcomes. You acknowledge that you use the Services at your own risk and are solely responsible for any decisions you make.

Certain research, reports, commentary, and other content published through the Services may be produced, drafted, or enhanced with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools and large language models (“AI Tools”). Where AI Tools are used, all content remains subject to review, editorial judgment, and approval by 10x Research personnel prior to publication.

The use of AI Tools does not alter the nature of the content, which remains general market commentary and research only. It does not constitute investment advice, nor does it represent the output of a licensed financial adviser or analyst. All disclaimers set out in Section 4 apply equally to AI-assisted content.

We make no representation that AI-assisted content is free from error, bias, or inaccuracy. You should apply the same level of independent judgment to AI-assisted content as to any other market commentary.

Subscription Term

Subscriptions are provided for a 12-month term unless otherwise specified and renew automatically unless canceled at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.

Fees & Payment

You must provide valid and up-to-date payment information. Fees are charged in advance. We accept the following payment methods:

• Major credit and debit cards;
• Bank transfer (wire);
• USDT and USDC stablecoins on supported networks, subject to confirmation of receipt prior to activation. Stablecoin payments are accepted at the prevailing USD equivalent at time of invoice. All fees remain denominated in USD.

No-Refund Policy

All subscription fees are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription by contacting info@10xresearch.com. To avoid automatic renewal, cancellation requests must be received at least 30 days before the scheduled renewal date. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing upon renewal, with reasonable notice provided in advance.

Where a subscription is purchased on behalf of a corporate entity, institution, or group, the following additional terms apply:

• The subscribing entity is responsible for designating authorized users and ensuring compliance with these Terms by all such users;
• Authorized users may not share login credentials. Each designated seat corresponds to one named individual unless a multi-seat arrangement has been expressly agreed in writing;
• The subscribing entity is solely responsible for billing, renewal, and any fees arising under the subscription, regardless of whether individual authorized users remain employed by or affiliated with the entity;
• We reserve the right to audit usage and suspend access where unauthorized credential sharing or redistribution of content is detected;
• Enterprise and institutional pricing, custom seat arrangements, and white-label licensing are available upon request. Please contact info@10xresearch.com for details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@10xresearch.com of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse, credential sharing, or violations of these Terms.

All content, research, reports, data, charts, and materials made available through the Site are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.

While we endeavor to provide accurate and timely information, markets evolve rapidly, and content may become outdated. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Site or Services and may suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

Certain subscription tiers include access to trading signals, model portfolios, or specific entry/exit indicators (collectively, “Trading Signals”). The following additional disclaimers apply:

• Trading Signals are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a personal recommendation, solicitation, or advice to buy or sell any financial instrument or digital asset;
• Trading Signals are generated using quantitative models, technical analysis, and proprietary methodologies. Model assumptions may not reflect current market conditions and past signal performance is not indicative of future results;
• Execution of any trade based on a Trading Signal is entirely at your own discretion and risk. We accept no responsibility for losses arising from acting, or failing to act, on any Trading Signal;
• Market conditions, liquidity, slippage, and timing may cause material differences between a signal’s indicated price and any price achievable in practice;
• You should not allocate capital to any strategy based solely on Trading Signals without conducting your own risk assessment and, where appropriate, consulting a licensed financial adviser.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 10x Research PTE LTD shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect financial losses arising from reliance on the Services;
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content;
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities;
• Service interruptions, delays, or unavailability.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the fees paid by you for the Services during the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 10x Research PTE LTD from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Site. Continued use of the Site or Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

10x Research PTE LTD is incorporated in Singapore and operates as an independent research provider. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as a capital markets services licensee, or any equivalent EU or EEA financial regulatory authority.

For subscribers domiciled in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, please note:

• Our research publications are intended for professional clients and eligible counterparties as defined under MiFID II / MiFIR. They are not directed at retail investors.
• Our research does not constitute investment research as defined under MiFID II Article 36 of the Delegated Regulation. It is produced and distributed as general market commentary, which is exempt from MiFID II research unbundling requirements.
• Institutional subscribers are responsible for their own compliance obligations regarding the receipt and use of third-party research under applicable regulations, including MiFID II and any local implementation thereof.
